At SandSifting, we stand behind the quality of our sand sifting tools and equipment. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through SandSifting.com.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

The return request must be authorized within 14 days of delivery

Items must be new, unused, and in original condition

Products must be returned in the original box and packaging

Items must arrive undamaged upon inspection
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
Used or Damaged Products
If a product has been used or is not in resalable condition, only a limited or partial refund may be issued at our discretion after evaluation of the returned item.
In some cases, parts may be refurbished or replaced, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds apply only to the original purchase price of the product, as shown on the purchase invoice.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must contact SandSifting to obtain return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Processing Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
